Need to remove a Wi-Fi account?

We are here to help! Please open a ticket using the "IoT / Network Solution" help topic and we'll take care of it! You will have two options when requesting the change: deleted and deactivate. If delete is selected, the account will be removed from your systems and the user will no longer be able to login to the company Wi-Fi. If deactivate is selected, we will disable the account, but not delete the information. This will allow you to activate the account at a future date.
